Four small water power plants (KSES) are being constructed on the arrowhead. Water is taken up through the roots of the bearded sparsely wooded tablelands cut through by a byslough. 4 percent of the flow of oxchiche is released into energy production and the remaining 45 percent is released into the river basin. Thus, the environment and nature are not damaged.

The EPA reports that Rustam Rogebov, head of the Hydroelectric Service of the Energy Industry Operator, said this at a public hearing on the report "Evaluation of Environmental Impact" for the construction of small water power stations, water pipes, and pressure water pipes constructed by the ASC on the Oxchuchai River.

"The canal, tunnel, and derivative pipes have been installed only to transmit water to the KSES. Nature has not been damaged by the installation work being carried out outside the river bed."
