In Kyiv, Judge Oleksiy Tandir, who on the night of May 26 shot down National Guard military Vadym Bondarenko at a checkpoint, was sitting on the asphalt in the first minutes after the accident, lamenting his health and even stating that "he was hit."

TSN received an exclusive video from the scene of an accident in the first minutes after hitting a military man.

The footage shows the judge sitting on the pavement and complaining about his health. While talking to an alleged witness to the fatal accident, he states that he was allegedly hit and wanted to be handcuffed.

Probably, the law enforcement officer replies to him that no one hurt the judge. Also next to Tandoor is his acquaintance, who brought water to the judge and is trying to protect the suspect in the fatal accident.

Fatal accident in Kyiv with the participation of a judge: what is known

On May 26, around midnight in Kyiv, Judge Oleksiy Tandir, driving a car, hit a serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. As a result of the accident, the National Guardsman died on the spot from his injuries. Previously, the suspect in the accident was drunk, but he flatly refused to take an alcohol test.

Law enforcement officers began an investigation into cases under the article on violation of road safety rules or operation of vehicles by persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication, if they caused the death of the victim. The judge faces up to 10 years in prison.

The name of the deceased soldier is also known. This is Vadym Bondarenko from the city of Talne in the Cherkasy region. He is survived by three children. The brother and father of the National Guardsman defend Ukraine at the front.
