A three-way meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia has begun in Moscow.

The EPA's Moscow correspondent reports that a meeting at the Kremlin discusses the normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations.

Note that three-way talks are held within the framework of a meeting of the Supreme Economic Council of Austria.

Before the three-way talks, Russian President Vladimir Putin separately held bilateral talks with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ilham Əliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nicolas Pashinyan.
