The command of the Russian troops is transferring part of the forces from the east of Ukraine to strengthen the borders of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation.

It is reported by the Telegram channel "Krymskiy veter".

"Putin decided to strengthen the defense of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions after a successful reconnaissance and sabotage operation in the Belgorod region. Consequently, to weaken the defense on the front line in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions," the statement said.

Thus, on May 24 and on the night of May 25, huge columns of Russian military equipment were heading through Starobilsk, Luhansk and Krasnodon. It is reported that Russian troops are withdrawing from the areas of Svatove, Kreminna, Severodonetsk and Lysychansk in the Luhansk region.

The Telegram channel informs that the fact of the transfer of enemy troops is confirmed by the conversations of the Russian occupiers intercepted by scouts and aerial reconnaissance data.

"Along with the withdrawal of PMC Wagner forces from the Bakhmut area, it seems that another gesture of "goodwill" or a negative offensive is planned up to the defense line along the Siverskyi Donets, which was at the time of the invasion on 24.02.2022," the authors of the report suggest.

We will remind, Deputy Minister of defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar said on the eve that the Russians faced the issue of regrouping forces "to calm the situation in the Belgorod region."

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine stated that they had received information about Russia's plans to transfer troops from the occupied territories to the Belgorod region, and are now checking this data.
