The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has listed the American multinational food company Mondelez International as an international sponsor of the war.

This was reported by the press service of the NACP.

The NACP reported that the interests of the company in the Russian market are represented by LLC "Mon'delis Rus", which owns three plants: the factory "Bolshevik", which produces cookies "Yubileynoe", OREO, "Medvezhonok Barna" and crackers TUC, production in Pokrov, chocolate Alpen Gold, "Vozdushnyi", Milka and bar Picnic), a plant in Veliky Novgorod (chewing gum Dirol and candies Halls).

The company is the leader of the Russian confectionery market in the categories of chocolate, chocolates and biscuits, and also ranks second in the category of chewing gum and caramels.

"According to the results of the military year 2022, the profit of the Russian branch of Mondelez International amounted to $339 million (+ 303% for the year), revenue - more than $ 1 billion (+ 38% for the year). The company replenished the aggressor's budget by more than $61 million in taxes," the press service of the NACP said.

The Agency notes that the courts on the financial statements of the company, it is not going to leave the Russian market, which remains promising for it.

"Mondelez publicly advertises its charitable assistance to children affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. However, at the same time, it is cunningly expanding its activities in the aggressor country and continues to pay significant funds to its state budget. Which is also spent on missiles that kill Ukrainian children," the NAPC added.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) included the Chinese corporation Xiaomi Corporation in the list of international sponsors of the war.

In addition, we previously reported that earlier the NACP of Ukraine included the French corporation Auchan in the list of international sponsors of the war.
