Today, on May 25, a month after the stunning facts were made public, the story of 12-year-old Anna-Maria Pidverbna from Chernihiv, who is the daughter of the oldest woman in labor in the country, has acquired a new development and becomes similar to the plot of a melodrama.

Recall that this story shook many caring Ukrainians after the 12-year-old daughter of 78-year-old Pidverbna wrote on her page in the social network about the conditions in which she has to live. According to the girl, the retired mother inflicts bodily injuries on her, insults her because of strabismus, shreds her undergarment, does not allow her to wash. The teenage girl added that her mother seemed to be driving her to suicide. After that, social services, law enforcement officers, doctors urgently arrived at the apartment of the Podverbny.

The story received such publicity that the city and regional authorities took control of the situation, and caring Ukrainians collected several tens of thousands of hryvnias to solve the current problems of this child. After some time, the deputy chairman of the Chernihiv regional council Dmytro Blaush said that thanks to only part of this collection, what the child dreamed of was bought - a tablet, children's jewelry and more.

He wants to live separately from his mother

Today, as it turned out, the story of Anna Pidverbna received a new, no less loud continuation.

As Dmytro Blaush said in a comment for TSN.ua, the girl formed her preliminary, but rather firm position regarding her mother, 78-year-old Valentyna Pidverbna. If the court decides to ask the child's opinion on whether she wants to stay with her mother, Anna-Maria intends to answer.

"I talked to a girl today. In court, she plans to address her mother with the words: "Let me go. Just let go," Dmytro Blausch, who has been helping this child and visiting him for several weeks, told us.

"Now a child calls himself happy, because he feels attention to himself, because psychologists work with him, because he is among children," Dmitry Blaush told us.

According to Blausch, the child says that he feels happy when he lives in different conditions than in those he had before April 25.

"Her 'recipe' for happiness is to live separately from her mother, but she doesn't mind talking to her mother," says Blausch, adding that Podverbna Sr. comes to her daughter.

In addition, Dmitry Blausch informed us that thanks to public intervention and control of the situation, there are good achievements that concern not only the psychological health of this child, but also the physical one. According to Blausch, approximately after 1-2 months, the child can undergo surgery to treat strabismus.

As it turned out, yesterday the girl's mother spoke with her lawyer, that is, most likely, she is carefully preparing for the trials that were previously announced by the Novozavodsky District Court of Chernihiv. According to the official court website, Valentyna Pidverbna appears in three cases at once, where the subjects of the lawsuit are: "Failure of parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their obligations to raise children", "Committing domestic violence" and "Taking away a minor child". The trial of the latter is scheduled by the court on June 13. As it becomes clear from the court ruling, we are talking about the removal of a minor child without depriving the mother of parental rights.

In the evening, the TSN.ua journalist became aware of Valentyna Pidverbna's position regarding her daughter's words that she could ask her mother to let her go in court.

"Let him go home. It hurts me, there is resentment. I buy her everything...", – Pidverbna Sr. loudly answered in a comment for TSN.ua and hung up.

The scandal around the Pidverbny family: what is known

Recall that a month ago, the girl published a number of posts on social networks in which she reported that her mother, 78-year-old Valentina Pidverbna, allegedly mocks her – scratches her, insults her, does not allow her to perform basic hygiene procedures, tears clothes, does not allow washing the toilet.

After the publication of the post, law enforcement officers, psychologists, and social services came to Pidverbnykh's apartment. The child was removed and sent to hospital for examination. The girl is still in this institution. According to a number of officials, the child will not stay at home at least until the court decision.

In turn, her mother, Valentyna Pidverbna, in a recent comment for TSN.ua expressed the opinion that her daughter makes posts on social networks allegedly under the influence of outsiders. "She was forced to write. They sit there and demand, she is small, she does not understand anything. I have envious and slanderers. My daughter doesn't pick up the phone," Pidverbna told us briefly with tears in her eyes and hung up.

In turn, Pidverbnyi's neighbors, whom we interviewed, told us that before the arrival of the police and social services in April, scandals between Pidverbna and her daughter and offensive words were heard at the entrance.

As previously reported, Valentyna Pidverbna gave birth to a daughter in February 2011. At that time, Pidverbna was 65 years old.

Pregnancy occurred after the planned artificial insemination, the money for which the woman saved from her pension. According to unofficial testimony of neighbors, Podverbnaya allegedly earned extra money before giving birth, selling canned food. In turn, Podverbna Sr. never confirmed this. The procedure was done in one of the Kiev clinics.

There is no desire to repeat

These days, after the scandal broke out, hundreds of Ukrainians on social networks expressed their opinion on the ethics of fertilization of a 65-year-old woman. Some of the contributors wrote outrageous posts addressed to doctors who had anything to do with this case. According to the contributors, doctors seem to now have to take on the child of a 78-year-old pensioner.

TSN.ua journalist searched for a fertility specialist who did fertilization to Valentina Pidverbna. The doctor told us that due to the fact that Pidverbna's story is the subject of a court hearing, he will refrain from commenting and interviewing on this topic for now, although he has something to answer to everyone who expresses insults against him. In addition, the reproductive specialist added that now there is already a recommendation of the profile organization not to do artificial insemination to women who are more than 50-55 years old. Although there are such people among women in Ukraine.

As TSN reported earlier, the daughter of the oldest mother of Ukraine is summoned to court, but even her testimony will not deprive the woman of parental rights.
