The commander of the "Ukrainian Volunteer Army" Dmytro Yarosh stressed the inadmissibility of "freezing" the war and called it a military victory the only option for the state.

Yarosh told about this in an interview with TSN correspondent Andriy Tsaplienko.

So, Ukrainian defender warned that a formal peace agreement with Russia would not guarantee actual peace.

"If we freeze the conflict now, agree on some formal peace - tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, the Russians will come again and declare war on us or not. And our children and grandchildren will fight again, and will again lose Ukrainian souls," explained the commander of the UDA.

The only option for peace, he called the military victory of Ukraine.

"The only possible option is to win a military victory with the help of our allies, partners, defeat the main forces of the Russian armed forces and restore our borders, perhaps make a demilitarized zone around Ukraine. We have the only option, there are no others. That is, either we or they, there is no other," Yarosh stressed.

We will remind, on the eve of the adviser to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak said that after the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia there can be no peace agreement. It is possible to sign only legal documents on reparations, war crimes and demilitarization zones.
