A Canadian man hit a black bear while riding a bicycle through the Lover Seymour Nature Reserve in British Columbia.
Writes about it North Shore News.
Kevin Milner, 30, from North Vancouver, was turning around the corner and heading down the hill when he spotted a bear and tried to go around it.
"The moment I made that decision, he decided to run and ran right across the street, right in front of me, and I crashed into him. I did a somersault because of him. I almost kissed the bear and then I seem to fly through the air," Milner said in an interview.
Kevin landed his side, and the bear rushed through the forest.

Passing cyclists immediately stopped and helped him. Two women, concerned about his condition, drove up to the edge of the reserve to get enough cellular signal to call emergency services, and a third passerby who was riding an electric bike stayed with Milner.
But it wasn't the ambulance that arrived next. It was the same bear that the man crashed into.
"He's like, 'Oh damn dude. He's back. The bear is back," Milner recalled the words of the man who kept him company while help was on the way.
However, fortunately, the animal did not come to take revenge. The beast did not react to people at all.
"He seemed to be looking at me, very interested, like, 'What's wrong with you?' Then the bear just started eating grass. He just got on with his day."
After a few minutes, his adrenaline began to fade. Milner said he became impatient waiting for help, noting that he was regurgitating blood and worried he might have internal bleeding. He also said he couldn't lift his leg.

The man convinced a passerby to lend him his electric bike and help him get to the entrance to the forest. As they walked, he walked past young women trying to call 911 for him.
Paramedics met Kevin at the edge of the forest and took him to Lyons Gate Hospital, where he spent the night. As a result of the fall, he suffered a broken scapula, bruised heart, ribs, road rash and numbness.

"It seems like the whole left side of my torso has gone to the dentist," he said.
Milner, who has cycled his entire life on the Seymour Valley Trail, says his route after the accident is likely to change.
Recall that in the United States, a father saved a one-year-old son who was drowning in a pool. The moment was captured by a surveillance camera.
