Prime Minister Narendra Modi wore a special jacket made of recycled material at the G7 Summit. The PM gave the message to practice what the world needs today. PM Modi has also emphasized on promoting Indian culture in his foreign visits.

The Prime Minister unveiled a statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Hiroshima, Japan, which speaks of Indian values of peace and non-violence.

The PM also met a linguist and an artist associated with Indian culture and encouraged them.

In Papua New Guinea, he will release Tirukkural in the local language Tok Pisin.

In Australia, an entire area of Sydney, Harris Park will now be recognised as Little India, a testament to the growing influence of India and Indians.

Earlier on February 8, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the Lok Sabha wearing a light blue jacket. That jacket was made by recycling plastic bottles (PET). There was a lot of discussion even then. Indian Oil Corporation had gifted the jacket to the PM at the India Energy Week in Bengaluru.
