Cm Nitish Kumar meets Arvind Kejriwal.
New Delhi:Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal at his residence in New Delhi on Monday. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and Minister Sanjay Jha were also present along with CM Nitish. In this meeting, there was a discussion about the Center's ordinance on services in Delhi. Kejriwal appealed to JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav to support the matter in the Rajya Sabha.
After the meeting, Arvind Kejriwal said that I thank Nitish ji and Tejashwi ji. They have come in support of us. Today he has said that we will all fight against it together. He is busy mobilizing the opposition all over the country, I have requested him that if the entire opposition gathers then this ordinance can be defeated in the Rajya Sabha. If this happens, it will be a semi-final of 2024. A message will go to the whole country that BJP is losing in the 2024 elections.
Bihar CM Shri @NitishKumar ji and Deputy Chief Minister Shri @yadavtejashwi ji got the opportunity to host them at their residence today. Many political issues, including the dictatorship of the central government, were discussed in Delhi.

He said that in the order of the Supreme Court, the court had given all the powers to the elected government of Delhi. But by issuing an ordinance on the eighth day, the central government overturned it and paralyzed the elected government. Now after getting power, LG will run Delhi. This is against the Constitution.
At the same time, CM Nitish Kumar said that whatever is being tried by the central government. This is a strange thing, now look at the Constitution. How can you remove the authority given to the government? That is why we are saying that the opposition should unite, what Kejriwal ji is saying, we are fully with them.
"There are a lot of questions, but..." Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal meets Nitish Kumar
Tejashwi Yadav said that today's meeting is because the way the BJP is harassing non-BJP states, harassing them. We have come to support Kejriwal ji because the central government is doing injustice to him. It shows that there is a threat to democracy, these people want to change the Constitution, which we will not allow. We will all work for the interest of the country.
This is the second meeting between Nitish and Kejriwal in the last one month. The Bihar chief minister had met Kejriwal at his residence on April 2024 as part of his efforts to bring all opposition parties together ahead of the 12 Lok Sabha polls. During this time, Kejriwal had appreciated Nitish's efforts and expressed full support for it.
