"Over the past 15 months since Russia's invasion, the G7 has shown solidarity with Ukraine, rallied the world in support of Ukraine, and cut off Putin from key technologies and funding around the world," a Biden administration official said.

He stressed that the level of solidarity of the Group of Seven countries is now even stronger than last year.

"You will see concrete actions to further isolate Russia and weaken its ability to wage a brutal war," Kirby concluded.

Sanctions against Russia: details

We will remind, in Germany said that Russia has found a way to circumvent sanctions and import their goods through the involvement of third countries, in particular Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Belarus.

We will add that the next package of sanctions against Russia, which the European Union plans to introduce, will be aimed at blocking ways to circumvent already imposed restrictions.
