An 18-year-old drunk and drugged driver was arrested with a stolen car in Pleven, police said.

They identified the driver, 18 years old. It became clear that he had unlawfully taken away the car, which was parked on Tsanko Tserkovski Street, with a key on the dashboard.
The driver's drug test tested positive for cannabis, and a technical device for alcohol use reported more than 1.2 ppm.
Work continues under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office.
