The entire front line rests on their shoulders, they always get the most from the enemy.

Repelling an attack, going on an assault, biting into the rocky soil with a shovel and a pick - this is their daily hard work.

This is all about the Ukrainian infantry, which has been holding the lines of the Russian-Ukrainian war for 9 years in a row.

The day before, the infantrymen had a professional holiday, TSN reports.

From the positions of the 24th brigade named after King Danylo, the city, which has been under occupation for 9 years, can be seen through binoculars.

"Horlivka, its beginning, the first quarters," the soldiers show.

A small part of the front, which is currently held by the fighters of the Royal Brigade, is, without exaggeration, unique - the front line here has not changed since the time of the anti-terrorist operation.

One can only imagine how many tons of enemy iron the local trenches have withstood all this time.

"A direct hit into the dugout, well, it survived, just the powder rose, and that's all.

The same drones are flying every day, their artillery is working every day, mortars are working, and MLRS are working every day," the fighters say.

But the soldiers every time make the enemy regret that he started the shelling.

"Sometimes they start a cannonade with shots, our guys cut them down and it just happens that they stop firing so that we stop, but we don't stop, as soon as we get the courage, we shoot at everyone," the fighters say.

The Russians, who are used to unlimited artillery shells, on this part of the front, are forced to be sincerely surprised, the advantage in artillery is ours.

"For sure, ours works more than theirs, that can be said for sure today in this direction.

It makes me happy," the soldiers add.

The Korolevychis firmly hold the dominant height here, so the Russians do not attack.

Several times they only tried to probe the defense.

"They are climbing on a machine gun and their officer - "pashli-pashli", we could still hear them, now a little more, a little more, the mos**li are so funny, they are so noisy, capets, as in Europe you can already hear that it is mos* "It's the same here, they behave so loudly that you can hear them for hundreds of meters," the infantrymen recount.

From time to time, the occupiers help our boys with strange gestures of goodwill.

"We cannot explain this factor, because we look at the enemy's positions from left to right, they launch a machine gun barrage with tracers and they immediately respond to them, that is, they start a battle and throw a grenade and simply end the battle.

Well, they simplify the situation for us a little", - say the military.

Most of the soldiers of the royal brigade have never been to Horlivka, but have an irresistible desire to walk its streets.

"From 1,000 to 1,300 meters, maybe now this distance will be shortened somewhere, somewhere by 500-400 meters, it will change, the time has come to shorten this distance to them, and accordingly to shorten the distance to Horlivka," the fighters convince.

On their holiday, the infantrymen continued to hold the lines.

"The guys from the infantry do the biggest work, believe me, the biggest.

How to stop those tanks, how to fight in the cities, all this is done by the infantry," the boys say.
