[Reporter Hong Dinghong/Kaohsiung Report] On April 30th, Zuoying Police Station of Kaohsiung City carried out traffic safety and maintenance duties for temple fair activities. While on standby and alerting the periphery, 2 policemen violated their duties by smoking cigarettes, chewing gum, and slipping mobile phones. Disciplinary, was videotaped by believers on the PO network, the police were reported, and a reprimand was planned according to the reward and punishment standards for police personnel.

The police emphasized that officers who smoked cigarettes and chewed gum will be punished for a second round of reprimands. As for whether the behavior violates the Waste Disposal Law, a letter will be sent to the Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Bureau for confirmation.
