Due to brake failure, he crossed the lane and drove in the opposite direction. After chasing and hitting 5 cars in front of him downhill and waiting for a red light, he then affected a car on the opposite side. Eight people were injured and sent to the hospital. Fortunately, they were all minor injuries. The alcohol test value of Guo surnamed driving a small truck was 0.23 mg. The police sent them under the suspicion of public danger and clarified the cause of the accident.
