In Alaska, on April 27, two US Army helicopters collided.

Three people died as a result of the plane crash.

This is reported by the Associated Press.

The tragedy happened near the city of Healy.

Two AH-64 Apache helicopters were stationed at Fort Wainwright in the Fairbanks area.

The helicopters were performing a training flight, but unexpectedly collided in the sky.

According to preliminary information, there were two people on board each rotorcraft. 

It is noted that as a result of the collision, two soldiers died on the spot, another died on the way to the hospital.

The fourth soldier is currently hospitalized.

The US military said that the cause of the crash is under investigation.

It will be recalled that an aerial photographer recorded two stealth attack aircraft of the US Air Force F-117 Nighthawk in a photo and video at a very low altitude over California.
