Etecsa launches a new version V.1.230417 of Transfermóvil with which customers will be able to withdraw cash in CUP from the CUP and USD accounts of the MiTransfer Stock Exchange through the Exchange Houses (CADECA).

The MiTransfer Exchange allows you to create virtual accounts in CUP and in USD which have their own sources of balance formation.

The balance of the CUP account is created with transfers from bank cards in CUP, from a bag of the same nature (CUP) and now also through deposits in CADECA, functionality that this new version of Transfermóvil includes.

The balance of the USD account is recharged from abroad through the websites www.cubamax.com, www.cubatel.com and www.vidaipay.com, you can also receive transfers from another Stock Exchange of the same nature (USD).

How to make the withdrawal of cash?

R/ The request to withdraw cash is made from the Transfermóvil* application itself with a validity of 2 hours, the time that you will have to go and extract it at the CADECA.

*Access OPERATIONS of the MiTransfer Exchange and select "Cash withdrawal".

Are any commissions applied to cash withdrawals?

R/ Cash withdrawals will ALWAYS be in CUP, even if it is from the USD Account of the MiTransfer Exchange, and a commission of 0.5% is applied to the CUP Gutter on the total amount.

Example: If the user requests a withdrawal of 100 CUP, the total debited is 100.50 CUP.

*No commission is applied to the USD account.

How much time do I have to withdraw cash from CADECA?

R/ You have 2 hours, after that time we proceed to return the money from your account.

You must take into account that when it is returned for non-execution of the withdrawal, the commission is lost.

Example: In a withdrawal request of 100 CUP, 100.50 CUP (0.50% commission) is debited.

If the withdrawal is not executed before 2 hours, 100 CUP is returned to the user's Bag.

A/ Yes. The withdrawal of cash from the USD Account of the MiTransfer Exchange is in CUP and the current exchange rate approved by CADECA is applied.

Does a commission apply to transfers from the CUP and USD accounts of the MiTransfer Exchange to any bank card?

A/ Only a 0.5% commission is applied to transfers made from the CUP Account of the MiTransfer Stock Exchange.
