The 62-year-old man - the victim of the serious crime, lived in his nephew's home, in a separate room with its own entrance.
He was unemployed, but his sisters and other relatives took care of him.
On October 21, 2021, he and his nephew gathered to drink in the victim's room.
In addition to the alcohol consumed, the accused I.D.
and his uncle smoked marijuana.
As a result of the amount of alcohol consumed, a scandal arose between them, which quickly turned into physical violence.
The young man began to beat his relative, hitting him on the body and head.
The punches and kicks were followed by multiple blows with a wooden stick and other objects.
The 62-year-old man fell into a helpless state and remained lying on the floor.
A few hours later, I.D.
left his uncle's room.
The next day, the victim was found dead by his relatives.

After the immediate actions taken to investigate the case under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office - Dobrich, it became clear that the perpetrator of the murder was the victim's nephew.
He was searched and detained.
He was brought to criminal responsibility.
The District Court - Dobrich is about to schedule a hearing on the case.
If found guilty, the 36-year-old accused may receive a sentence of "imprisonment" from 15 to 20 years, life imprisonment or life imprisonment without parole, the press center of the Appellate Prosecutor's Office - Varna reports.
