The obnoxious deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, General Andriy Gurulev, calls for the revival of the concept of "enemy of the people" in Russia.

He announced this on the air of the program of propagandist Volodymyr Solovyov.

"It's time to introduce the concept of ``enemy of the people''. You don't need to be ashamed of it - there are enemies, there is no concept. And not only there - those who give orders to morons, but, including, here, on the citizens, all these greedy people, all this sv *a hole that is available. What are we ashamed of?" Gurulev declared hysterically.

The Russian deputy shocked that he wants to return the practice of Stalinist repressions, although his own grandfather, a participant in the Second World War, was repressed in 1946 and put in camps for nine years.

"It was necessary at that time. Yes, there were mistakes, but there was discipline. Today, the key issue is discipline. Everyone — from private to marshal," Gurulev summed up.

Previously, the scandalous Gurulev called on the occupiers to completely destroy Ukrainian cities, in particular Kyiv.

He also suggested the return of the Gulag and the execution of "enemies of the people".
