Minister of the Interior Lin Youchang attended the groundbreaking ceremony and said that this is the largest project built by the central government in New Taipei City in recent years. The large-scale social housing has a total of 1,294 households, and the project cost is nearly 6.1 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed in April 2027.

Lin Youchang said that the lower floors of "Dingfu Anju" have public facilities such as sunshine centers, and the community retains a lot of open space. The construction rate of the two sites is only 36% and 44%, respectively, which is equivalent to three more neighborhood parks; the community With the planning of school trails, parents can rest assured that their children can enter Dingpu Elementary School on foot, providing a stable living space and improving life functions.

Lin Youchang said that "Dingfu Anju" integrates the abnormal land by setting superficial rights, creates a complete walking space, and connects with the green space of Dingxin Park on the south side.

In addition, the construction agency's living circle road plan subsidizes funds. The New Taipei City Government will open up a 12-meter-planned road on the south side of the base, and the National Housing Center will open up an 8-meter-planned road between the two bases. The central government and local governments will work together to make the The regional road system is more robust.
