Ye Jianliang, chairman of Taiwan Wowan Music Reading Association, said that in 2009, when the county and city were merged, they cooperated with the municipal library to use the collected consumption coupons to bring children from disadvantaged families from schools in remote areas to bookstores, so that they can read books by themselves. After the merger of counties and cities, they continued to receive sponsorship from all walks of life, and the love gradually spread to the whole of Tainan. Ye Jianliang said that for this book donation activity, the story mothers have been in Shantang and Yangming in Shanhua District, Zuozhen and Guangrong in Zuozhen District since March, and have been serving the children of the first and second grades. The children did 6 guided readings.

The content of the guided picture books is diverse, including "Angry Arthur" for emotional education, "Zhu Family Story" for sexual education, etc.
