[Reporter Qian Lizhong/Taipei Report] A 30-year-old man surnamed Hong and two girls aged 16 and 17 went to a motorcycle party in Xindian, New Taipei City, but allowed the two girls to overdose, causing the two girls to die violently. The unrescued Hong Nan also piled up the bodies of the two women in the stairwell, and then fled. Afterwards, he turned to Taoyuan, and found a spreading girl to hold a drug party; the New Taipei Police has now transferred Hong to Taipei City for the crime of transferring prohibited drugs to death. According to the prosecutor's office, since the source of the drug is still unknown, the prosecution does not rule out the possibility of arresting him after the hearing.

According to the investigation by the police, Mr. Hong was a worker. He had been brought to justice for negligent injury, but he had no drug record. During his interrogation, he revealed that he met the two women on the Internet for about a week. It was prepared by the 2 girls themselves. The 2 girls lay motionless on the bed after using drugs. Only then did he realize that the 2 girls had lost signs of life. Fearing that this would cause trouble to the upper body, he dragged the 2 girls to the stairs.

The police inspected the monitor screen and found that after Hong Nan left the motorcycle where the incident occurred, he went to a motorcycle in Taoyuan and invited a 21-year-old spreading girl to hold a drug party. When the police arrested Hong Nan, 9 packets of poisoned coffee bags and some ketamine powder were seized in the motorcycle house.

Hong Nan confessed that after he fled the scene, he thought that the two girls died of drug overdose and should have nothing to do with him, so he transferred to the Motorcycle Railway in Taoyuan, called a spreading girl to accompany him, and continued to hold drug parties.

The police inspected the room where 3 people lived, and found 1 pack of unopened poisoned coffee bags in the purse of one of the women, 6 packs of used poisoned coffee packs of unknown composition in the trash can, and residual K on the table. Hemin is white powder; since the two women had no obvious trauma, it was judged that they died of drug overdose at a drug party.

In recent years, there have been frequent fatal cases of poisonous coffee bags mixed with the emerging drug PMMA (paramethoxymethylamphetamine) and other ingredients; the Institute of Forensic Medicine pointed out that both PMMA and ecstasy have similar psychedelic effects, and PMMA is low in cost and fast in production. It is often used as a substitute for ecstasy, but the toxic effect of PMMA is relatively slow. If it is mixed into coffee pods, it is easy to drink too much. If it is abused more than 50 mg, the fatality rate is nearly 100%, so it should not be careless.

Compared with common drugs, poisonous coffee bags mixed with emerging drugs are abused because of their low asking price. They often appear in nightclubs, motorcycle boxes, KTV and other gathering places. They are also called "club drugs" or "recreational drugs." "Motorcycles and hotels are the most common places where people die from the abuse of poisonous coffee bags, and 4 to 5 kinds of drugs are often found mixed in the body of the deceased.
