Tim Cook, CEO of iPhone maker Apple, ended his five-day visit by expressing his desire to visit India again.

Cook came on the occasion of completion of 25 years of Apple's presence in India.

During this,

apart from inaugurating Apple's first official store in

Mumbai

, he also welcomed customers at

Apple's store in Delhi.

Tim Cook

said in a tweet on the completion of his visit, “What an amazing week in India!

Thanks to the teams we have in the country.

I look forward to coming here again.

During his visit, Cook

also met

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Telecom and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and expressed his commitment to invest in India.

Apple started manufacturing iPhones in India in 2017 and Cook was last here in 2016.

On the last day of his stay in India, Cook met Sunil Mittal, founder and chairman of the Bharti Group.

The Bharti Group said on Friday that the two business giants reiterated their commitment to work together in the Indian and African markets.

Bharti Group said in a statement, "Tim Cook and Sunil Bharti Mittal had a meeting this morning for an hour.

Expressing satisfaction over the long-standing relationship between Apple and Airtel, he reiterated his commitment to work together in the Indian and African markets.
