In the event of a possible new massive

shelling

from Russia, the number of missiles will depend on how many carriers the occupiers have ready.

This was stated on the air

of the telethon

by the spokesman of the Air Force Command Yuriy Ignat.

In response to a journalist's question about Russia's current capabilities to carry out new massive missile attacks, he said that everything would depend on the readiness of Russian various types of missile carriers.

"It all depends on how many carriers there will be, and how many missiles they will not mind throwing out. Because you see how many strategic reserve missiles they threw at our infrastructure and did not achieve the desired result," Ignat said.

The Air Force spokesman reminded that the aggressors use land, sea and air types of missiles to attack Ukraine.

Ignat specified that Russia has a sufficient number of Tu-95 and Tu-160 aircraft that can strike Ukraine.

He stated that the Russian aggressors can launch 50-70 missiles during a massive attack.

In addition, Ignat said that during the shelling, the Russians use one-fourth of the Calibers and three-fourths of the air-based missiles.

The invaders also use S-300 missiles and ballistic missiles.

The Air Force spokesman added that Russia has already started receiving old Soviet missile designs, such as the X-50, which they want to restore.

It will be recalled that earlier it was reported that

tests of the civil missile warning system developed by Israel for Ukraine

will be held in Kyiv in May .

In addition, we previously informed that military experts

assessed the threat as to how possible it is, for example, on May 9 or in the first days of May
