The Duty Command Center of the Fire Department of Chiayi County received a report at 6:7 p.m. on the 6th that there was an ambulance case at a chicken farm near Jiayi County Road 166 in Dongshi Township heading towards Haipu Village. It is understood that 42-year-old JAPAR came to Taiwan from Indonesia to work as a fisherman. After landing, he lost contact and was reported to have fled. The accident occurred at a chicken farm where his 40-year-old Indonesian female friend "Kava" worked. JAPAR was suspicious when cooking. The 53-year-old man surnamed Yang who sent the feed to the chicken farm smelled the gas and was eager to help him replace it due to improper replacement of the gas tank. However, JAPAR turned on the gas stove before the gas dissipated, causing a gas explosion. The same man surnamed Yang who had not yet left was robbed by fire. JAPAR suffered burns up to 85% of his body. After 11 days of first aid, he still died. The man surnamed Yang was transferred to Kaohsiung Chang Gung Hospital for treatment.
JAPAR has left the cabin and failed to return. It is an illegal stay in Taiwan, without a residence permit and labor and health insurance.
