The interim head of Novatek Green Energy, a subsidiary of the Russian Novatek Group, Karol Szymansky announced the sale of the company's assets in

On April 26, 2022, the Polish government imposed sanctions against the company, which include freezing assets, and then introduced external management - announced the sale of the company's assets. 

The main activity of the company is the sale and distribution of liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Poland and other European countries.

LNG is also distributed through the company's own gas networks in Poland.

In 2021, the company received sales revenue of 382 million euros, and the number of employees was 137.

Potential investors have until April 14 to submit applications.

The process of disposal of the company's assets will be carried out under the supervision and cooperation of the interim manager.

The condition is the preservation of jobs and activities in the provision of communal services.

He did it through the offshore Kremlin oligarch Roman Abramovich.

the transfer to the income of Ukraine of the shares of the "Ocean Plaza" shopping center, which belonged to the Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg.

The value of seized assets is 300 million dollars.
