A 37-year-old man from Indonesia was taken to hospital after trying "the world's most dangerous sex position".

In a fit of passion, he broke his penis.

During sexual intercourse, the man felt his penis crack loudly, and then suddenly felt severe pain.

However, he did not immediately contact the doctors.
