Crimeans will not offer armed resistance to the Ukrainian army during the deoccupation
of the peninsula
.
Tamila Tasheva, the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, told about this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian army will be met very actively and not with weapons in their hands, but with, relatively speaking, flowers. I think that there will be no armed resistance among the local population," she said.
Tasheva also reminded that after the first "cotton" in Crimea, especially in Novofedorivka and Saki, Russians actively fled the peninsula.
At the same time, she noted that it is about thousands of people, not hundreds of thousands.
"The Russians can leave their saboteurs there, but the ordinary population will not do anything," she summarized.
We will remind, Tamila Tasheva noted that after Russia's attempts to annex four more Ukrainian regions - Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia - it became clear that the
military element of restoring control over the Crimean peninsula became key.
The de-occupation of Crimea can take place in a short time.
The other day, the Russian invaders
placed a ground-based self-propelled anti-aircraft missile-gun complex "Pantsir-S" near the bridge in Dzhankoya.
Reserve Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan believes that
at the beginning of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian army, large military bases of the occupiers will be destroyed, and some of these measures have already been taken this week.
