Martial law and mobilization continues in Ukraine.

The Lviv Territorial Recruitment Center (Military Commissariat) was reminded of the rules of military registration and urged to observe them.

The notice about this was posted in the Lviv TCC on the Facebook page.

What conscripts need to know about military registration:

  • Notification can be made at the place of work, residence, as well as in public places.

    The legislation does not clearly define where the summons should be served;

  • Men between the ages of 18 and 60 must always carry identification documents and military registration documents with them during martial law and provide them for verification by authorized persons;

  • Receiving a summons does not yet mean conscription.

    First of all, citizens are called to clarify military registration data;

  • If a man passes a medical examination and is deemed fit by all criteria, he may be issued a summons to be sent to the army;

  • Those conscripts who have the right to deferment must come to the RTCC and SP with relevant documents and confirm it;

  • Those mobilized who have not completed military service are necessarily sent to training centers for appropriate training;

  • Conscripted men who arrived in the Lviv region for residence from other regions must apply to the TCC and SP within seven days and register for military registration;

  • Administrative and criminal liability is provided for violation of the rules of military registration and evasion of the draft.

    Petitioners during mobilization face up to 5 years in prison.

It will be recalled that earlier it was reported whether they would be able to invite to the Military Commissariat via Telegram or Viber.
