The Russian terrorist Ihor Girkin (Strelkov) distinguished himself by "congratulations" on World Rat Day.

In particular, the terrorist addressed the personnel of the administration of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as oligarchs, deputies and top managers of state corporations.

Girkin announced this in his Telegram channel.

He was lucky that he almost missed this holiday, but he came to his senses in time and "rolled" the greetings.

"World Rat Day! I almost missed it. But I realized it in time and am correcting the mistake: I congratulate the entire staff of the administration of the president and the government of the Russian Federation, VIP managers of state corporations, the vast majority of governors and members of both chambers of the "parliament" of the Russian Federation, as well as all oligarchs without exception - with their professional holiday," Girkin congratulated.

He ironically added that he wished all the above-mentioned officials and oligarchs "all the best in this life. "And don't think of repenting.

Because frying pans are waiting downstairs... and I'm sure there will be no one to pray for your lost souls," he added.

Then he called on Moscow to imprison another war criminal - the owner of the "Wagner" PMC, Yevgen Prigozhin.
