A Plovdiv resident attacked a friend of his brother's boyfriend and beat her in broad daylight.

The action took place in the "Karshiyaka" quarter.

The bully was arrested and brought to court.

The district magistrates determined the punishment to be a fine in the amount of BGN 3,000, at the second instance the sentence was confirmed. 

The horror movie started after the bully's brother came to his house.

He told him that his girlfriend uses narcotics and that, in his opinion, an acquaintance of hers is to blame for this.

He also told him that his boyfriend was cheating on him, citing the acquaintance in question as the main reason, writes "Maritsa".

The brother knows this woman with whom his brother's boyfriend is friends.

After hearing that, he called her on the phone and asked her to come outside his office to see each other, without specifying why.

The two knew each other vaguely, as the man from Plovdiv lived nearby and he sometimes called her to ask for a cigarette.

The lady went out into the street to wait for him, and before long she saw him running towards her.

After getting close enough, without any explanation, he began to shout at her: "F*** you, you touched my most precious thing, I will kill you, I will destroy you."

He then spat on her, grabbed and pulled her hair and punched her in the head.

The woman fell to the ground from the impact.

The bully hit her several more times with his hands on the body and head.

Two boys, bystanders, witnessed what was happening and intervened, causing the nerd to stop the beating by walking away in the direction of his home, shouting: "Hey, whores."

As a result of the blows inflicted on her, the victim experienced severe pain in her head, had bruises on her knees and wrist, and in addition, she found that a whole strand of hair had been torn from her hair.

The shouts and obscene words were heard by a witness who was at the same time in his office nearby.

He immediately went out into the street where he found her on the ground trying to get up, covered in mud and very upset.

He asked her what happened, but she was inadequate and started to enter her workplace.

The incident was also recorded by video surveillance cameras installed on the exterior facade walls of the nearby restaurant and office.

The attacked woman filed a complaint about the case in the Third District Court.

Pre-trial proceedings were initiated in the case.

The district magistrates released the man from Plovdiv from criminal liability and fined him BGN 3,000. The decision was confirmed by their colleagues at the District Court in the city under the hills.
