Cheese paste without baking

If you don't have time to bake a traditional Paska for Easter, but you want to please your family with a delicious Easter dessert, then this recipe will come in handy.

Ingredients

  • 350 g of cottage cheese 9%;

  • 150 g of sour cream;

  • 100 g of butter;

  • 2 eggs;

  • 2 g of vanilla sugar;

  • 100 g of sugar;

  • 100 g of raisins;

  • 100 g of candied fruit.

Preparation

  • Separate the yolks from the whites and mix with sugar, butter and sour cream.

    Beat with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mass.

    After that, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Mix again.

  • Grind cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with sour cream and egg mass.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour raisins and sugar.

    Mix again.

  • Put the mixture in a special mold for cheese paska (pasochnica), tamp well.

    Put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

    Then carefully remove the form.

  • Cheese paste can be decorated with candied fruit and powdered sugar if desired.

    Such a light dessert will be a great alternative to traditional yeast paste.

    Ingredients

    • 400 g of cottage cheese;

    • 8 eggs;

    • 70 g of butter;

    • 100 g of sugar;

    • 2 g of vanilla sugar;

    • 100 g of raisins.

    Preparation

  • Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees so that it heats up.

  • Grate cottage cheese, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

  • Melt the butter in a water bath, pour it into the cheese mass.

    Separately beat the eggs with a blender and mix into the mixture.

  • Add raisins to the dough.

    Transfer it to a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
