How to bake paska without yeast: ingredients
The following ingredients are needed for four beeswax, which are prepared in a mold with a diameter of 9 cm and a height of 10 cm:
300 g of cottage cheese;
250 g of butter or margarine;
4 eggs;
250 g of sugar;
1 bag of vanilla sugar (16 g);
550 g of flour;
1 teaspoon of soda;
1 teaspoon table vinegar;
200 g of raisins (optional);
1 tablespoon of lemon or orange peel.

100 g of chocolate;
30 g of butter;
2 tablespoons of milk.
Step-by-step preparation of paska without yeast
Leave the butter at room temperature.
When it softens, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs (one at a time), continuing to beat the mixture.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and add to the mixture.
Continue beating with a mixer.
In a separate container, extinguish the soda with table vinegar.
