The official cabinet has decided to propose to the President Rumen Radev to appoint his own personnel in our diplomatic missions.

Former commander of the acting minister of foreign affairs, Nikolay Milkov, was sent as ambassador of Bulgaria to NATO.
The cabinet's decision was made on March 31 and can be found in the legal information system of the Council of Ministers.
In the case of Nikolay Milkov, the MC proposes to its principal, Radev, to issue a decree for his release as ambassador to France (and Morocco) and permanent representative of the Republic of Bulgaria to UNESCO in Paris, and to issue a decree for his appointment as a permanent representative of Bulgaria in the North Atlantic council to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization based in Brussels.
The Cabinet also proposes that the current Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kostadin Kodjabashev, be appointed Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Vatican.
The decision was also made on March 31 of this year.

John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta, as well as to issue a decree on the appointment of Kojabashev.

On the same date, it is also proposed that Krasimir Bojanov, the current Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, be appointed Ambassador of Bulgaria to Slovenia.
With it, the government proposes to the President of Bulgaria to issue a decree releasing Mladen Chervenyakov from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to Slovenia, as well as a decree appointing Krasimir Bojanov in his place.
A change in the diplomatic missions in Moldova, Norway and Iceland is also offered.
