The relevant decrees are published on Zelenskyi's website.

In the list attached to one of them, there are 225 Russian companies and 33 natural persons - citizens of Russia.

Another decree states that, according to the decision of the National Security Service of Ukraine, sanctions are applied against 240 Russian citizens, four of whom are also citizens of Ukraine.

The former head of "Motor Sich" Vyacheslav Baguslaev, accused in Ukraine of high treason, is on this list.

Sanctions were also imposed against the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service and the Federal Protection Service of Russia, as well as against enterprises of the military-industrial complex, instrument manufacturing, and radio electronics.

Restrictions are imposed for 10 years and include, in particular, blocking of assets and trade operations, transit and transportation through the territory of Ukraine, ban on privatization and purchase of land, transfer of technologies and intellectual property rights.

Last month, Zelenskiy introduced new sanctions by the National Security Agency against betting companies, saying that this decision "closes schemes worth tens of billions".
