Russian occupying forces often shell the city of

Zaporizhzhia

with weapons that fly from close range.

In particular, these are rocket launchers and S-300 missiles.

Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told about this in the telethon.

"Zaporizhia is usually bombarded by things that fly not far away. Recently, "Hurricanes" flew into Zaporizhzhia. This is the problem that our front-line regions often face. Just like winged aviation bombs are a new threat today," - emphasized the representative of the Armed Forces .

According to him, the high-precision and long-range Kh-101 and Kalibr missiles are very expensive.

They are in short supply in Russia.

That is why the occupiers use, in particular, the S-300, anti-aircraft guns and guided aerial bombs - both new one and a half ton and old Soviet FABs.

According to Ignat, they are equipped with wings and GPS navigation for guidance.

"The question is how many of them they can upgrade to such an option as a guided aerial bomb. Then they pose a greater threat. A war of attrition. They will do everything to ensure that there are more of these means," - emphasized the spokesman of the Air Force Command.
