During the session, Metropolitan Pavlo's lawyer asked the judge why the house of his client was being searched so quickly.

"Where are we in a hurry, Your Honor?" Pavel's lawyer said, commenting on the search of Pavel.

Also, during the meeting, Pavlo Lebed's lawyers demanded that the judge be recused, the prosecution objected.

The judge left the session for a few minutes, after which he refused the challenge.

After that, the presiding judge announced a break.
