Kaohsiung Deputy Mayor Lin Qinrong accepted questions on behalf of the host city. In addition to sharing Kaohsiung's current strategies and phased achievements in promoting smart cities, he also hopes to use foreign media Report and improve Taiwan's international visibility.

The smart city exhibition in Kaohsiung attracted representatives from 19 countries and 50 cities on four continents overseas. More than 300 participants gathered together. He pointed out that when looking at the topics that foreign media are concerned about, they focus more on how Kaohsiung promotes smart city governance, and what experiences in Kaohsiung are worth learning from in Southeast Asian society.

He shared that Kaohsiung is the first city in Asia to promote Mobility as a Service (MaaS for short). The monthly transportation pass named Men Go combined with the all-in-one card integrates multiple transportation tools into a single transportation mobile service. With one card, you can enjoy services including Kaohsiung MRT, 7 urban buses, road passenger transport, light rail, ferry, shared bicycles, shared electric vehicles, parking lots and exclusive taxis (Men Go TAXI).

Another "Nonglaixun" APP application that benefits farmers' friends also won the Outstanding Digital Opportunity and Inclusion Award as a masterpiece. The Municipal Bureau of Agriculture cooperated with the industry to invest in 40 smart agricultural case sites covering more than 500 hectares, and applied it to 25 To grow crops, farmers in Kaohsiung City can obtain a number of free services as long as they join Nonglaixun, including climate analysis, disaster prevention warning analysis, daily market transaction price analysis, and AI analysis of vegetable and fruit planting income.

At the same time, the system also provides AI applications, image recognition to monitor the maturity of fruits and vegetables, irrigation water, etc., and has been used by more than 3,700 farmers.
