The time of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "Kapital Bank" OJSC has been changed.
"APA-Economics" was informed about this by the bank.
According to information, the meeting scheduled for April 26 has been postponed and is planned to be held on May 4.
The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held at the bank's office (3rd floor, meeting hall) at 2E Mikayil Mushfig Street.
It should be noted that at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the issue of the election of members of the supervisory board of "Kapital Bank" OJSC and the renewal of the charter of the supervisory board will be on the agenda.
