In Ukraine, people's deputies are working on a draft law on the creation of a public registry of mobilization evaders.

The President's representative in the Rada, Fedir Venislavsky, told details about this register.

This is reported by "RBK-Ukraine".

We will remind, earlier Venislavsky briefly informed that he is working on a draft law on a public register of evaders.

"It (

the draft law - ed.) is not yet registered

, but only written. I think that we will further refine it. Consultations are currently underway," the People's Deputy clarified in a comment to the newspaper.

Under what conditions will a person be entered in the register of evaders

Venislavskyi explained that the draft law being prepared should make changes to the law on the register of conscripts.

This law plans to create a separate sub-register or sub-register.

However, discussions on this issue are still ongoing.

"

This register will refer to persons

who were properly informed that they had to come to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (Military Commissariat - ed.), but did not do so," said the People's Deputy.

What is the purpose of the dodger registry

Venislavskyi explained that society should know a person who was informed twice about the need to appear before the TCC, but who did not do so.

"That is, in fact, this person did not fulfill his constitutional duty, so

society should know about this person

," argued the people's elected representative.

He said that consultations are being held today to ensure that the future draft law does not violate the law on personal data protection.

"That is, it is almost ready. So as soon as I receive from all, let's say, experts, as well as authorities, that this draft law will not violate the security of personal data, then we will be able to register it," said Venislavskyi.

He added that the purpose of the openness of data on evaders is so that everyone can see that, for example, someone from acquaintances, friends, relatives is evading the draft for mobilization.

We will remind, the day before, Venislavskyi announced that the parliament is considering the possibility of serving conscripts with summons through messengers.

Later, the People's Deputy clarified that there is no corresponding draft law today.

People's elected officials work for us on the issues of improving the system of mobilization, preparation and notification of receiving a summons.
