According to the materials of the investigation, from August 20, 2020 to February 20, 2022, Tatiana Kurilyna called on the participants of chat rooms to commit violent acts against representatives of the government and security forces through Telegram-resources.

She illegally collected, systematized and disseminated information about their private lives without the consent of the victims, who were recognized as including prosecutors and judges, causing significant damage to their rights and legitimate interests.

Such messages allegedly contained false information in advance.

In the text messages of the accused in Telegram chats, they also found "insults with the use of profanity", "threats of violence against Alexander Lukashenko".

As reported in the media, Tatyana Kurilyna was abroad for a long time.

In January 2022, Belarusian security forces hacked a number of "97%" chat rooms.

Lebedeva said that the activist returned to Belarus from Poland as part of the "Road Home" program.

The administrator of the chats "97%" said that the chats have no meaning, but they are controlled by the Polish special services.

Propagandist Lebedeva stated in the story that Kurilina is "starting a new life."

In December 2022, it became known that Tatyana Kurilyna has been in pretrial detention since June, she is charged with 12 articles.

According to human rights activists, at least 58 people who returned to Belarus from abroad were detained in 2022 and the beginning of 2023.

Of them, at least 10 people were sentenced to imprisonment for a term of one to five years in a penal colony, four people to "home chemistry", and criminal proceedings were initiated against seven more.

Some of the detainees were tried according to administrative cases and placed in the detention center on the "sodna", or were sent home with a huge fine after the trial.
