Jiang Yandeng, mayor of Fuxing Township, said that 60% of the country's fresh milk comes from Fubao Dairy Farming Area in Fuxing Township. Fubao Dairy Farming Area is located in the south of Lukang Zhangbin Industrial Zone. Furnaces are designed to collect industrial waste, and the gas emissions are worrying.
