The quasi-public will be "gradually implemented" from August next year, and one of the conditions for inclusion is that the government will assist parents to pay for the increase in costs. Generally, private kindergartens will also start in the 113 school year next year, but the Ministry of Education "respects the willingness of each kindergarten to participate" and guides the reduction of the teacher-student ratio to 1:12 through subsidies.
