Aleksei Moskalyov

, who escaped from house arrest, was detained in Minsk.

This was reported by the SOTA source and confirmed to the "Dozhd" TV channel by the man's lawyer,

Dmitriy Zahopov.

Zahopov wrote that he has no contact with the protégé at the moment.

"The phone is not answering.

I can't confirm for sure, but according to indirect data, apparently everything is like that," he said.

According to SOTA, Moskalev was probably detained because he turned on his mobile phone in the apartment where he was hiding from persecution.

On March 28, in the Tula region of Russia, the Efremovsky district court sentenced Moskalev to 2 years of general regime prison.

Moskalev was accused of the so-called repeated discrediting of the army because of posts in Odnaklasniki.

The defendant was not present at the hearing.

The representative of the court stated that Maskalev allegedly escaped from house arrest.

A resident of the town of Yefremov, Tula Region, Moskalev, who was denounced for his daughter's anti-war drawing, was detained at the beginning of March, and his house was searched.

The security forces, according to Marina Litvinovich, a Russian political girl, took all the money that was in Moskalev's house.

Alexey's daughter Maria, who is studying in the sixth grade, was sent to a children's shelter, writes "OVD-Info" with reference to a volunteer of the public organization "Tula Regional People's Council".

According to her, after the arrest of the girl's father, the police called the Juvenile Commission, which took Maria away.
