In the US, police sergeant Ann Marie Guerra was stripped of her promotion after being accused of stuffing her dirty panties into a colleague's mouth.

This is reported by the Daily Star.

Guerra was expected to be promoted on March 24 to become the New York Police Department's top female detective.

However, police chiefs said days later that

the promotion had been "rescinded"

following allegations from a fellow officer who sued.

Guerra was waiting for a salary increase of 2,000 dollars, as a result of which her annual earnings would increase to 122,000 dollars.

However, the sergeant is now subject to a lawsuit in connection with the incident that occurred on October 7, 2018.

A policewoman was thrown into a "temper tantrum" after her colleague, Detective Victor Falcon, had an

argument with her over a woman's habit of leaving her underwear in a unisex changing room.

"In a fit of rage, defendant Guerra ignored all protocols,

took out her soiled underwear and violently shoved it into Falcon's mouth

, before aggressively rubbing it all over Falcon's face," the lawsuit states.

"The sexually motivated and brutal gender-motivated attack left Falcon traumatized and shocked... Guerra screamed in (Falcon's) face:

'See?

They're clean as hell!"

 the lawsuit states.

Falcone was surprised that Herr's career plans had progressed since the incident.

Meanwhile, New York Police Sergeants Benevolent Association attorney Andrew Quinn said it was "really unfortunate and embarrassing" that the department would rescind Herr's promotion.

"I hope the Department realizes its mistake and reinstates Sergeant Herr's hard-earned and well-deserved promotion, which is in everyone's best interest," the attorney added.

An NYPD official said in a statement: "Nearly every month, the NYPD increases its membership through promotions. A list of state employees and promotions is often released a few days before the department's official promotion ceremony. However, it is not uncommon for this list to changes are made as the date of the ceremony approaches."

We will remind, in Belgium, a 35-year-old woman was fired from her job on the very first day.

The employers did not like the fact that she had "knocked teeth".
