The New York court announced the indictment of the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump.

He may be brought to criminal responsibility as early as next week.

This is reported by CNN with reference to its own sources. 

The politician's lawyer said that the indictment will be announced in the coming days.

However, Donald Trump considers the accusations against him to be "political harassment and election interference at the highest level in history."

As you know, similar precedents have not yet occurred in the United States.

So, this may be the first time in American history that a president - whether current or former - will face criminal responsibility.

We will remind, Trump is accused of a hidden payment of 130 thousand US dollars to a porn actress with whom he allegedly had an affair.

The 45th president called on his supporters to protest, predicting that he would be arrested on March 21. 

Donald Trump is also accused of not registering more than a hundred gifts from foreign governments and heads of state.

In particular, it is about the amount of about 291 thousand dollars.
