There are multi-billionaires in the Kremlin who are ready to "fight to the death" for their wealth and power.

This was stated by Russian oppositionist and human rights activist Mark Feigin, FREEDOM informs.

"If we talk about the top, then absolutely all of them are billionaires. They don't necessarily need to legalize their wealth. They, of course, own billions of dollars through proxies," says Fagin.

According to his information, in 5 years the average governor in Russia becomes a dollar billionaire.

You can become a billionaire in one term.

"Can you imagine what is happening in the government, in the presidential administration, in the law enforcement agencies? There are multi-billionaires there, and fortunes of 2-3 billion are like that, there it starts from 5," he said.

According to Feigin, being a member of the Russian government, for example, the prime minister, is a status position, the prerequisite for which is to have billions of dollars.

The oppositionist added that the Kremlin has established a system of corruption deterrence, and Putin acts as the arbiter.

"Both the fights and the hardware squeezing of each other, there they are fighting to the death for money and power, and Putin is the arbiter.

They represent all different clans and groups, these are people most often, especially in the government, who are not independent, because they were directed and authorized by someone.

Security forces are also present there.

However, the system of checks and balances and corruption restraints in this kleptocratic system has been established over the 10th anniversary.

Therefore, despite even the internal struggle, they manage to coexist and unite in the face of a common threat, for example, sanctions," Feagin concluded.

We will remind you that the audio of the alleged conversation between the Russian billionaire Akhmedov and the producer Prigozhin, who ridiculed Putin because he "lost the 95th quarter", was posted on the Internet.
