Days after the large-scale clean-up operation in the Stolipinovo neighborhood of Plovdiv, local residents began to pile up garbage at illegal dumps again.

A clip on trafficnews.bg shows how waste is dumped directly from a truck.

The campaign to clean up the neighborhood was completed in three days, and the removed waste was nearly 200 tons.

It was held after a report to the Attorney General and after an inspection by the District Attorney's Office in the city under the hills.

"We are trying to stop violators together with all institutions.

The police are always there.

Citizens of the area who see an unregulated dump can also report it to us.

Only if we fight this problem together, we can succeed", Dimitar Georgiev, the director of OP "Cleanliness", stressed to Nova TV.

He pointed out that the prosecutor's office self-reported in connection with the new clip, which shows garbage being thrown out of a truck again.

"The number of the car is visible, so we hope that the perpetrators will be identified and sanctioned," Georgiev pointed out.
