[Reporter Liu Xiaoxin/Changhua Report] Changbin Industrial Zone Service Center held a symposium for Changbin incinerator manufacturers today. The Changhua County Environmental Protection Alliance accused the project of "stealing" illegally; Liao complies with the regulations of Changhua County Construction Management Autonomous Regulations, and everything is legal.

Shi Yueying, director-general of the Changhua County Environmental Protection Alliance, said that according to the regulations, an explanation meeting must be held 30 days before the start of construction. Shi Yueying emphasized that the density of incinerators in North Changhua is the highest in Taiwan. There are actually four incinerators in Lukang Township with a radius of 7,200 meters. Among them, there are two incinerators in Riyou in the west area of the Changbin Line, and another in Fengyu. 2, and 1 waste incinerator in Hemei Town, and now another incinerator will be installed in Zhangbin Lugang District, and 700 tons of industrial waste from all over the country will be processed every day, which will make the original air pollution worse.

Liu Jiajun, representative of Jingding Green Energy Company, emphasized that all of this is legal, because according to the Changhua County Construction Management Autonomous Regulations, the establishment of fences and dormitories shall not be considered as the start of construction, and all procedures will abide by the law.

Liu Jiajun said that the Zhangbin incinerator only handles general industrial waste, not medical waste, and will not handle hazardous industrial waste, and will give priority to industrial waste from manufacturers in Changbin and Changhua County.

Because the existing large-scale incinerators in Taiwan will mainly deal with household waste, the Changbin incinerator will be responsible for the treatment of general industrial waste, and all treatment and discharge will comply with the regulations.

Jiang Yandeng, the mayor of Fuxing Township, emphasized that all the reports are only aimed at Lukang, and there is no mention of Fuxing Township, which is at a disadvantage. In particular, 60% of the fresh milk in Taiwan comes from Fubao Dairy Farming District. The briefing session It should not only be located in Lukang, but also Fuxing Township should be included in the local feedback and supervision mechanism after establishment.

Liu Jiajun emphasized that there are plans for good neighborliness and giving back. Every ton of waste processed will give back 200 yuan to the Changhua area for social services and environmental protection.

The Zhangbin incinerator has passed the environmental impact assessment and obtained a permit. It can process 700 metric tons of general industrial waste per day after completion of operation.
