Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez will visit China.

APA informs that this was reported by the Spanish agency "Agencia EFE".

According to the agency, during the visit, Sanchez will have a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping and the situation in Ukraine will be discussed, but the Spanish Prime Minister will not participate in the meeting as a representative of the European Union.

It should be noted that after Xi Jinping's visit to Russia, Sanchez will be the first leader of a European country to hold a meeting with the President of China.

The visit is scheduled to take place on March 30-31 and will discuss the role of official Beijing in the resolution of the Ukraine conflict, the 12-point document proposed by the Chinese government to achieve peace between Moscow and Kiev.
